• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within India.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

• For orders below ₹499, standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

• You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Please inspect your package upon delivery.

• If your order is damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days with photos or video proof.

• In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and assist in replacement or refund.
