Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order is damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days with photos or video proof.

In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and assist in replacement or refund.
