1. Returns

• Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrances), we do not accept returns for opened or used bottles, except in cases of damage during shipping.

• Returns are only accepted if the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or incorrect (wrong product sent)

• To request a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the damaged or defective product.

• For opened packages claiming damage, a short video of the package and product is required to process your request.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

3. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

• If a replacement is needed for a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or partially used perfumes (unless damaged during shipping with video proof)

• Promotional or discounted products, unless defective
