Browse our perfumes, select your favorite fragrance, choose quantity, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and complete payment securely via Razorpay or other supported options.
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Contact our customer support immediately for assistance.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and supported wallets through Razorpay.
4. Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver within India. For international shipping, please contact us for arrangements.
5. How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. Use this ID on the courier’s website to track your order.
6. What are the shipping charges?
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
7. What if my product is damaged or defective?

8. Can I return an opened perfume?
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and product safety, except in cases of shipping damage with video proof.

Our perfumes typically last 3–5 years if stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
10. How should I apply perfume?
For best results, apply to pulse points like wrists, behind the ears, and neck. Avoid rubbing the fragrance.
