1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrances), we do not accept returns for opened or used bottles, except in cases of damage during shipping.
Returns are only accepted if the product is:
Damaged during delivery
Defective or incorrect (wrong product sent)
To request a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the damaged or defective product.
For opened packages claiming damage, a short video of the package and product is required to process your request.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If a replacement is needed for a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or partially used perfumes (unless damaged during shipping with video proof)
Promotional or discounted products, unless defective
